Due to the nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted except in cases of damaged, leaked, incorrect, or missing items.
A complete 360-degree unboxing video is required, clearly showing the sealed parcel, shipping label, and product(s) during unboxing.
Claims must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery, along with the complete unboxing video. Claims submitted after this period or without the required video may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or other resolution.
